A health insurer’s app for daily steps and everyday health depended on a third party license. The goal was to grow users and retention while cutting costs.
My role

What I did
Analyzed the existing app and aligned stakeholders. Proposed building in house, as AI assisted development made it affordable and gave more control and personalization. Selected the supplier, coordinated design and prioritized the backlog.
Result
Yearly maintenance costs reduced significantly, and first year costs came in below the previous license. Launch in progress.
Dashboards, chatbot and app for a consumer goods company
Context
A consumer goods company needed a dashboard for its products sold on Amazon. After the first delivery, the client commissioned four more dashboards and a chatbot for its website. In parallel, I led the development and improvement of a consumer app for the same company.
My role
Proxy Product Owner and project manager, leading up to 11 people in an agile environment.
What I did
Stakeholder and account management. Prioritization across projects and resource management. Customer delivery and risk mitigation.
Result
The dashboards scaled and stabilized, the project budget grew, deliveries were on time, and new ways of working reduced stress and coordination gaps.
